GDS Communication joined Ambrosetti Group Alessandro Costa, Partner of Cavour Corporate Finance, advised GDS Communication in the negotiation for the sale to Ambrosetti Group.

GDS Communication is a communication and marketing company specialized in the pharmaceutical sector which provides highly technological and innovative services to companies, scientific entities, associations and institutions operating in the pharmaceutical and scientific sectors.

Based in Como, it achieved a turnover of 4.5 million euros in 2022 with approx. employees; 60% of the turnover is made abroad or with international customers.

The digital, technical, creative and highly innovative skills are complementary to those of The European House – Ambrosetti Group, active since 1965 and with around 250 professionals in 3 offices in Italy, several offices in Europe and around the world.

The Ambrosetti Group has been offering consultancy to companies since 1965, every year it serves around 1,300 customers and carries out over 250 studies and strategic scenarios for national and European companies and institutions, develops projects and events in various sectors of activity with high-level international relations.

The entry of GDS Communication into the Ambrosetti Group will contribute to increasing its digital and technological skills and the value of the offer of integrated marketing and communication services to client companies.
