Cavour Corporate Finance is focused on:

Small and medium size companies, mainly family-owned, which wish to be sold.

Medium size companies and industrial groups, which want to grow through acquisitions or sell no more strategic or synergetic businesses.

Financial investors (PEGs) which are seeking investment opportunities in target companies or want to sell their portfolio companies and for add-ons acquisitions.

Focus on cross-border transactions by Italian groups which want to grow internationally and foreign groups interested to invest in Italian companies.

PROBLEM SOLVING
