From 1985 to 1993 he was Director, Business Development & M&A at Sasib Group (CIR )- Bologna and from 1994 to 1997 President and Managing Director at General Railway Signalling – Rochester (New York- USA)
From 1997 to 1999 Managing Director at Sasib Railway Division
From 1999 to 2001 Director at PLV, paper & packaging company
From 2001 to 2004 Managing Director at Conceive Asia, a management consulting company in Singapore
From 2004 to 2011 Managing Director in a leading manufacturing company of automotive components
Since 2011 Associate Partner in Cavour. From December 2019 also member of the Industry Experts team
