Founder of Cavour Group.

Degree in Business Administration, University of Modena in 1985 – Italian Chartered Accountant since 1986
Previously in Unicredit Bank (1986 – 1990).
He joined Cavour Finanziaria in 1990 and, in 1996, established Cavour Corporate Finance, of which is Chairman and major shareholder.
In 1994 he was one of the promoters of “Mergers International”, international network formed by M&A boutiques
Partner of Italian Stock Exchange from 1999 to 2014.
From 2000 to 2014 he has been member of IMAP, with some relevant roles: Board Member (2011-2013), President of Networking Committee (2006-2008), IMAP Europe Vice President (2006-2009), EMEA President (2010-2014).
In 2002, together with a UK partner, he founded Buckingham & Cavour in London, company specialised in M&A cross-border transactions.
He has a specific experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, PEG’s activity, strategic and financial advisory, having closed over 50 M&A deals
He has taught in corporate finance courses for various masters: Luiss (Rome), Profingest (Bologna).
