  • From 2016 to 2021 CEO of Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics and ITCooling System Spa, group of companies in Italy, India and China controlled by Melco LDG Group. He managed complex post merger integration process, the merge of CLIMAVENETA spa and RC spa, holding and service companies (Delclima spa and Delclima Finance ) and financial holding (DeLonghi Professional Lux ) into one single new company Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics and IT cooling spa, reducing complexity and costs, also releasing significant fiscal benefits. He also managed the sale of the 8 European sales and service subsidiaries to Mitsubishi Europe, planning and managing merging structures with existing Mitsubishi Electric Europe Branches to align with MELCO group structure,
