    • from 1995 to 1997 Global Financial Planning Director in Nike Inc, Portland, Oregon
    • from 1997 to 2000 Footwear Business Director in Nike Italy, Bologna
    • from 2000 to 2008 CEO and General manager of Nike Italy, Bologna; EMEA leadership team
    • from 2008 to 2009 President and CEO of the Umbro Group, VP Nike Inc.
  • In 2010 he was a consultant in various companies including Geox and Diadora
    From 2001 to 2016 he has been General Manager in AW LAB, Padua, urban sport style retailer company, where he managed the rebranding of Athletes World in AW LAB, doubled the group’s sales, led its international expansion to Spain, the Czech Republic and Asia.
  • From 2016 to 2018 as President of Bata Europe he managed the turnaround process of the group (€ 500 million turnover and 6 operating companies in Italy, the Czech Republic, Spain, Slovakia, Switzerland)
  • He played a key role as a business leader, developing and implementing successful commercial strategies, organizing and developing sales teams
  • He cooperates with Fairplay Consulting, a strategic consultancy company in the consumer, fashion, sports, luxury & retail sectors
