- He managed Financial planning and negotiation with major bank and international lenders for material transactions mainly related to M&A; International taxation; decision support to business units for economic/financial assessments, business plans, offer price determination, budget analysis and negotiation with structured counterparts
- He also managed “corporate structuring” operations, both domestic and international (mergers, incorporations, demergers, and transfers of company branches/going concerns) and related financial, operative and tax impact assessment
