Cavour advised Cavagna Group in the acquisition of Bigas

Cavagna Group and Bigas International Autogas Systems have signed a strategic partnership to consolidate their presence in the sector of alternative fuel for automotive.

The agreement include the acquisition of the Bigas share capital by Cavagna. Cavagna Group is a world leading manufacturer of equipment and fittings for compressed gases, gas storage and control. The Group has eight production units in Italy and seven abroad and operates worldwide thanks to a wide distribution network.

Bigas International Autogas Systems operates in the alternative fuel automotive sector, by engineering and manufacturing a complete range of systems and solutions for the conversion of vehicles to LGP and natural gas.

Also Bigas is present in the main international markets thanks to a growing number of national and international distributors.
