CAT’S AND DOG’S SUPERMARKET ACQUIRED BY DMO GROUP

DMO – Dettaglio Moderno Organizzato – Group, which operates under its brand L’Isola dei Tesori, has acquired the 100% of DCS-DOG’S AND CAT’S SUPERMARKET.

L’Isola dei Tesori is the Italian leading pet stores chain. It operates in Northern and Central Italy through a network of 140 point of sales.

The brand is owned by DMO Group, also active in the distribution of  Home Care products under the CAD brand and in perfumery under the Beauty Star brand; the turnover of the PET division is over 110 million Euro.

DOG’S AND CAT’S SUPERMARKET, company controlled by a sole shareholder, owns a chain of 7 shops in Florence and Tuscany, with a turnover of 5 million Euro.

With this acquisition DMO Group – L’Isola dei Tesori further increases its sales network, mainly in Tuscany region and particularly in the city of Florence, confirming itself as a fast growing group, with a solid leadership position in the Italian market.
