Cavour joined Salone d’Impresa 2020

Cavour is a supporting partner of “Salone d’Impresa” which is the HUB of services and contents with additional value for an innovative development and growth strategies of Italian SMEs.

One of the initiatives promoted by Salone d’Impresa is the “4.0 program designed for Family Owned Businesses”. The goal is to fuel  the debate about possible strategies for family owned business to reinvent their business to a 4.0 version by listening to experts, to experiences and methods, and so  to understand the evolution  in terms of governance, business models,  strategies and technology.

The third of February 2020 was dedicated to the theme “Crescere con la Borsa”  (growth driven by IPO) Entrepreneurs and managers talked about their IPO experiences and showed  examples of accelerated growth by listed companies.

Notable Speakers about preparation and process to the IPO were:  Francesco De Bettin, president DBA group; Ferdinando Azzariti, president  Salone d’Impresa SpA; Alessandro Alfonsi, responsible Area Veneto DocFinance Srl; Elettra Pescetto, Product Development Specialist Mid & Small Caps Italy, Primary Markets Borsa Italiana; Antonio Zecchino, President Cavour Corporate Finance.
