
Cavour advised Eupromotions Group in a crossborder transaction
Eupromotions is an international group which specializes in programs and solutions of Brand Loyalty for the Modern Trade and for different clients who benefit of the loyalty marketing. Eupromotions was founded in 2006 in Milan by managers caming from this specific industry. Currently the company employs 60 people and is a leading player in the Italian market. The company has accomplished hundreds of campaigns and has a strong presence in the Baltic and central European market.
OP – Opportunity Partners is a Dutch investment vehicle which was created for aggregating European leading entrepreneurs and companies in the Brand Loyalty programs market. The company is already active in all main European markets posting € 150 million revenues in 2019. Within 18 months the plan is to expand the business in the Asian and American markets and double the turnover.
By selling a majority interest sets Eupromotions as a pivotal player of the aggregation and development project. In fact the selling shareholders remain to lead the company (Eupromotions) and are a part of the management team of OP group.
