Cavour has closed its first deal in the renewable energy sector
IMMOCAPITAL, company operating in the renewable energy sector, has sold a 11 MW solar plant located in the Molise region to Green Network.
IMMOCAPITAL is a company established for the engineering and construction of plants for the production of energy from renewable sources, particularly from photovoltaic.
In the recent years IMMOCAPITAL has started the development of several solar plants in the Molise region for total 25 MW: these plants, which are gathered in two clusters, have been realized and managed by two special purpose vehicle (SPV) companies.
SOLCAP is one of the two SPV companies and it has been established for the development of the project related to the first cluster.
Green Network is a group operating in the production and trading of energy. Established in 2003 by former ENEL managers and lead by its President Piero Saulli, in 2008 has reached a turnover of 1,2 billion Euro and aims to further growth in the renewable energy market, particularly in photovoltaic.
Cavour advised IMMOCAPITAL in preparing the business plan, in the research and selection of financial sources, in the research and selection of industrial partners interested to invest in this project.
For Cavour this is the first deal closed in the renewable energy sector.
