Kettydo<\/b>+, <\/b>a consulting firm specializing in Digital Marketing, Customer engagement and Loyalty programs, has been acquired by Xenon Private Equity Small Cap<\/b>, a private equity fund managed by Xenon AIFM sa, as part of a broad strategic project of industrial aggregations.<\/p>\n
Kettydo+ was founded in Milan in 2015 from the merger between Kettydo, Gecod and the holding company Double Digit Group, as a new operator in the digital sector oriented to the creation of systems of digital touchpoints (web, social, mobile, ecommerce, machine-to-machine) consistent with the marketing strategies of brands and able to engage users in a continuous and valuable dialogue. In 2022 Kettydo+ had a turnover of 5.8 million euros, with an Ebitda of more than one million euros.<\/p>\n
Kettydo+, along with other companies in the Martech sector acquired by Xenon Fund, will merge into the Advanced Intelligence Generation (A.I.GEN) holding company, a holding company dedicated to generating value for businesses through the use of artificial intelligence. To date, A.I.GEN <\/b>has more than 200 clients belonging to the financial services, industrial, energy & utilities, pharma & healthcare, media & telco, retail & GDO, food and FMCG industries, and has reached an aggregate turnover of about 25 million euros.<\/p>\n
