{"id":4460,"date":"2010-03-16T10:38:08","date_gmt":"2010-03-16T09:38:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cavoursp.it\/en\/?p=4460"},"modified":"2017-05-18T10:52:44","modified_gmt":"2017-05-18T08:52:44","slug":"alto-partners-fund-acquired-the-majority-of-ipe-cavalli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cavoursp.it\/en\/2010\/03\/16\/alto-partners-fund-acquired-the-majority-of-ipe-cavalli\/","title":{"rendered":"Alto Partners Fund acquired the majority of IPE CAVALLI"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"news\">\n<div>\n<div>Alto Partners Private Equity Fund acquired 51% of Ipe Cavalli share capital, company specialized in the production and sale of luxury furniture under the brand Visionnaire.<\/div>\n<div>The Company was established in 1959 by Luigi Cavalli with the production of sofas; then it started to produce and distribute high end luxury furniture.\u00a0 In the recent years IPE became a leading firm in the Italian design market thanks to the great intuition and creativity of Leopoldo Cavalli, son of the founder and shareholder.<\/div>\n<div>The company has seen its turnover increase from \u20ac8m in 2006 to approx. \u20ac20m in 2009, with an EBITDA of about 15%.
